More bad news for General electric
Wells Fargo keeps up with the good news, doesn’t it?
Another article saying Sears will never recover. Either Sears dies, merges, or does an epic turnaround. Those are my thoughts on the outcomes. I think chapter 7 bankruptcy is the more likely case.
Another story on the death of Sears.
Seems as if the news keeps coming at GE. CNNMoney is reporting that GE is going to be selling more struggling businesses. I do have to agree with the CEO. GE is too complex and it’s hard to value as an investor. Is it in the aircraft, train, medical technology, financing, nuclear power, or other industry? What is GE competitive advantage or core competencies? I don’t see a moat with GE, as Warren Buffett put it.
So I’m still taking a wait and see approach, at least until after the board cuts the dividend. Just my two cents.
