Fitness update

So with the days getting shorter, it’s going to be dark after work. This means more biking on the weekend, more running and weights during the week. 

Last night, I got a 2 mile run in, with sub 10:00 splits per mile. Not the greatest, but not the worst ever. I then walked around another mile, so for the day, 3 miles exercise plus some weights, sit-ups, push-ups, and stretches in the morning.  Today is a scheduled rest day, so just weights at most today, then a short run tomorrow maybe.  Anybody got any recommendations on running apps? Id love to hear everyone’s thoughts.

Over the weekend, I had 9.8 miles biking, .8 miles running, and just over a mile walking. Today was a cross training only day, so it was 15 push-ups, 25 sit-ups, 20 biceps curls, 20 barbell lifts, plus a few more dumbbell lifts. Planning a run/bike night tomorrow evening.
